Let’s make 2018 empowering, transformative and expansive.

As you bring in the new year of 2018, first celebrate all you’ve achieved in 2017.

At the same time let go of the past and focus on where you are now. It is your choice what you wish to focus on. You can dwell on everything that went wrong this past year or everything that went right. You choose your focus, no one else.

As you deliberately focus on how you wish to feel in this moment like free, love, filled with joy, abundance, fun, passion, ease, clarity, creativity, energy and well-being, whatever you have active within you that is in resistance of how you would like to feel will surface.

Notice it. Your belief and attention to it will bring validation for you feeling that way. You can hold on to it or choose to let it go as it is only active in your experience at this moment because of your attention to it.

Now ask yourself, how would you like to feel?

Now instead of looking for something outside of yourself to give you that feeling, by changed circumstances, let go of outside conditions and tune within to connect with the power of your soul.

Choose to align with your soul and what that feels like. Tune to the unconditional feeling of love, joy, freedom, abundance, success that you are. You have the power to shift your emotions by your choice and focus of how you wish to feel.

Once you shift your focus you will then be open to receive everything aligned with how you are focused and feeling like ideas, people and situations that resonate with what you are expressing.

Every moment is an opportunity to change your experience and become a masterful creator.

You attract and experience what you are desiring and how you feel about your desires. If what you are experiencing is not showing itself the way you would like then there are beliefs active within you causing what you don’t want. Becoming aware of these contradictory beliefs and letting them go or shifting them will clean up the resistance within you so what you desire can manifest.
