Yom Kippur, the Day of Atonement or At-One-ment

How do we truly create change in our life and in the world?

We have created a day of judgement because we have the illusion that we are separate from one another and from our creator. In truth there is no separation.

There is a Universal Law of Oneness. That law states that whatever one creates with their thoughts and actions is energy put out into the universe and experienced by anyone or anything that is in mutual acceptance and resonating with that energy.

This law is in cooperation with the Law of Cause and Effect. That law states that whatever you cause, you will also experience the effect of what you cause. Under this law you are able to change the impact of the cause only if you change yourself. By changing yourself you no longer resonate with what you created and thereby won’t experience the energy that you put out as you will not resonate with it.

Let’s understand these laws as they apply to us.

Whatever we judge within ourselves and in our world reality we are drawing that vibration to us to experience.

If we see what we deem as something unfair or cruel we must look at our own thoughts and beliefs. We may not commit murder or rape someone, however if we have beliefs that we are persecuted and victims or fearful of this happening, then we are creating this reality to exist and potential to occur in our own lives or to those we care about.

In order to change our experience we need to understand our role as a creator. We must also understand that every time we see only one side where there are victims and perpetrators we perpetuate this duality. There cannot be one without the other.

So how then do we change?

When we start to focus on seeing a different reality, one where there is a solution that fulfills everyone.

As long as we stay stuck in creating violence, lack and limits we will continue to create this.

Let’s start to imagine our world where everyone has what they need to live fulfilled to express creation with unconditional love and acceptance.

We don’t have the answers yet or understand how that is possible with all the problems that exist in the world. If we say it isn’t possible then we are creating that scenario in the world and in our own life.

If God created this world with all the complexities that has taken us centuries to understand and uncover only touching the surface, we must trust that if we use our divine connection to guide us to the answers, we will shift our experience and reality to miracles in our lives.

It’s up to each one of us. Don’t underestimate the power that you have. Explore your beliefs. They go beyond what you are conscious of.

We are taught by our families, our religions, society, and laws of our countries and the bombardment of our media. Start to question where your beliefs come from and how they create your experience.

On Yom Kippur, the Jewish Day of Attonement, think of it as the day of at-one-ment. You are asking God to create whatever is in your heart and mind. Make a true shift in your thoughts to shift and clear the things that you no longer wish to experience.

Whatever you wish for you, wish for everyone! This will bring the highest and lasting change. There is no separation. All is one. Pray with this consciousness and miracles will occur.
