How to Eliminate Inner Conflict

Your mind has you programmed that you have to do or not do a whole array of things in order to feel fulfilled, loved and accepted.

This is what gives you purpose and drives you through your life for growth and experiences that your soul chose for you to accomplish.

It is this seeking for fulfillment and purpose that has brought you to your awakening and desire to connect to your soul and your true essence.

In this process your ego or voice from your mind will begin to strengthen. That is what it will appear to do. It actually feels that way only because you have become aware of this voice and this begins the conscious conflict you feel. This is the part of your growth to realize that your thoughts are not who you are. They are learned and can be unlearned by becoming aware of them.

Leah can help you to clear these patterns that have held you prisoner to the cyclical loop of self sabotage due to the conflict of who you truly are and what others have imposed on you and you have accepted as your truth.

Each of you is in different phases of your growth. Some of you are at this phase. Some of you are just becoming aware of your thoughts and feelings that you don’t resonate with anymore.

The next phase is becoming present and aligned with your soul and living from this place or awareness. It too is a process of growth to live from this awareness.

This is the place where there is no conflict. You are living from a place of flow of inspiration. There is no questioning, doubt, and uncertainty. Any resistance is coming from the mind or ego and you will begin to recognize them.

The best way I can describe this space is when one is voice channeling or receiving intuitive information you must be in a state of receiving and allowing the information to come through you. If you engage your mind you block the flow.

I will give you a daily exercise to help you to achieve this state of consciousness.

Take 5-10 mins. each day and get fully present and grounded. Let go of having to do anything. Say to yourself, I am one with all that there is, with the creator, the universe. I am whole and complete right now in this moment. I am. You will notice thoughts from the mind come in with buts or resistance and what about. Just be aware of them. Notice them and just let them express and let go of them. Continue to say I AM God. I am one with the consciousness of God…. I AM.

Once you are at peace and just being present, slowly open your eyes staying in this present awareness. This will take practice, as you will want to jump back into your mind because its more comfortable to you or what you are used to.

The best way I can describe this state is when you are voice channeling. You have to completely let go and move your consciousness out of the mind to allow a spirit to speak through you. This is how your soul will communicate once you completely surrender to your soul and allow your soul to communicate through you.

In order to master this is to become aware of all of the beliefs about yourself that you have allowed yourself to express up until now and release them. This is not an overnight process. However I promise you that the awareness will set you free and give you back your power to create your reality and experience and this will change the world into a new experience that you have yet to uncover.

This will be the beginning of experiencing heaven on earth. The meaning by which is that there will be no separation.

You are all at different levels on your journey and we want you to know you are exactly where you are meant to be. Do not compare yourselves to anyone else. Remember you are already whole. You are just beginning to see all there is to see.

This growth is the most important to your life journey and hope you will practice this daily. We are excited to see the growth that you are going through at this time and what you will experience in this coming year.
